Times are tough in Lapland
The credit crunch has derailed the festive season. Santa’s workforce has been cut by 25% and further cuts are expected. Unopened letters are stacking up in Santa’s mail sorting offices, due to cut in the number of elves. Prancer and Vixen have been put out to pasture; many people are criticizing the six figure executive packages the reindeer were on. A spokesperson for Santa has explained Santa and Mrs Clause have taken the Redundancy package.
